This Privacy Policy explains what personal data IntimPicks (“we”, “us”) processes when you visit intimpicks.com, why we process it and what rights you have. We aim to collect as little data as possible.
1. Who is responsible
IntimPicks operates intimpicks.com and is responsible for the processing described in this policy. You can reach us at contact@intimpicks.com with the subject line “Privacy request”.
2. Data we process
2.1 Technical data
When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records standard server log data: IP address, browser type, device and operating system, pages requested, referring page, and date and time of the request. This data is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose technical problems. Server logs are retained for a limited period by our hosting provider.
2.2 Messages you send us
If you email us, we process your email address, your name if you provide it, and the content of your message in order to reply. We keep this correspondence only as long as necessary to handle your request and any follow-up.
2.3 What we do not do
At the date of this policy, IntimPicks does not run a newsletter or email subscription service, does not load third-party marketing scripts, does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or social media tracking pixels, does not sell personal data, and does not create user accounts for visitors. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
3. Cookies
3.1 Our cookies
Our site does not set cookies for tracking purposes. Technical cookies may be used by the content management system or by our caching and security infrastructure where strictly necessary to deliver the site.
3.2 Third-party affiliate cookies
When you click an affiliate link (addresses beginning with /go/), you are redirected to a retailer or manufacturer. That retailer, or the affiliate network it works with, may place a cookie on your device to record that you came from IntimPicks, so that a commission can be attributed if you make a purchase. These cookies are set and controlled by those third parties under their own privacy policies, not by us. We generally receive only aggregated reports (for example, the number of sales and commissions) and do not receive information that identifies you personally. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking third-party cookies does not affect your ability to read IntimPicks.
4. Legal bases (EEA and UK visitors)
- Legitimate interests: operating, securing and improving the site (server logs).
- Performance of a request / legitimate interests: replying to messages you send us.
- Consent: any newsletter or non-essential cookies, should we introduce them.
- Legal obligation: where we must retain or disclose data by law.
5. Service providers and transfers
We share data only with providers that help us run the site, mainly our hosting, content delivery and email providers, acting on our instructions. Some providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion and to opt out of its sale or sharing; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

7. Age restriction
IntimPicks is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
The site is served exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we limit access to personal data to what is necessary. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
